How investor funds work
Financing comes in tranches against confirmed orders from major retail chains in Kazakhstan and is repaid from the chains' payments.
Tranche against an order
Financing comes as a tranche against a confirmed retail chain order, not as a single lump sum.
Purchase from partner manufacturers
We purchase the products for that order.
Delivery to retail chains
We ship the products to major retail chains in Kazakhstan.
Payment in 30 days
The chains pay for the products 30 days after delivery.
Repayment and return
From the chains' payments, we repay the tranche and pay the return to the financing partner.
Collateral: a pledge of commercial real estate in Astana and receivables under contracts with the chains. Every month: a report on orders, shipments and incoming payments.
Сарыарқа (Saryarqa) — the golden steppe
This is the name of the rolling uplands of Central Kazakhstan. Our emblem is the шаңырақ (shanyrak), the crown of a yurt: home, strength, reliability.
Our team has been in the tissue and hygiene market for more than 15 years. Products for our clients are made by partner manufacturers in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Russia.
