Use of funds

Working capital: purchasing products from partner manufacturers against confirmed orders from major retail chains in Kazakhstan. The funds turn over in 1–2 months.

    Financing comes as a tranche against a confirmed retail chain order, not as a single lump sum.

  2. Purchase from partner manufacturers

    We purchase the products for that order.

  3. Delivery to retail chains

    We ship the products to major retail chains in Kazakhstan.

  4. Payment in 30 days

    The chains pay for the products 30 days after delivery.

  5. Repayment and return

    From the chains' payments, we repay the tranche and pay the return to the financing partner.

  • Pledge of commercial real estate in Astana. An independent appraisal values it above the requested amount; the property is free of encumbrances.
